Huawei Honor 7 Passes Through TENAA, Includes Fingerprint Sensor

After being leaked in images back in April, now forthcoming member of Huawei Honor family: Honor 7 has been approved by TENAA. As usual, this Chinese Certification Agency has cataloged some images of mobile phone on its official website with almost technical specification. In addition, a screenshot has widely been shared by GizmoChina that also gives details about smartphones. So, here's the rundown of all these information.

Appended with a Model Number: PLK-AL10, device houses a fingerprint sensor located on its back panel just below the camera unit. To remind you, previously-leaked pictures of this unannounced gadget had also hinted about the inclusion of a fingerprint reader and shown off metallic shell.

This novel invention of Chinese tech giant will offer 4G LTE network connectivity and claimed to be powered by a company's own HiSilicon Kirin 935 processor. On sowtware front, it will run on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system. Well, new report suggests about a 5-inch display with 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution that contradicts the prior one, in which 5.5-inch full HD display had been mentioned.

In terms of RAM and ROM, phone is likely to come in two variants, where standard model has been anticipated to be paired with 3GB RAM and 16GB of internal memory, whereas a high-end version will comprise 4GB RAM alongside 64GB inbuilt storage. Rest of the purported specs are a 13-megapixel main shooter and 3280mAh battery.

According to GizmoChina, Huawei Honor 7 might see light of the day around June 24, and its low-end version has been speculated to go on sale at CNY 1,999, while top-of-the-line variant could carry a price tag of CNY 2,499 in the home country.
