Domestic mobile phone manufacturer Intex Technologies on Monday launched a new phone in its Aqua series. The handset named as Intex Aqua Lions T1 Lite comes at a price of Rs 3,899. The device is available in three color variants including ‘Royal Black’, ‘Steel Grey’ and ‘Champagne’. It takes on the Xiaomi Redmi 5A, which is an introductory offer at Rs. 4,999 for its 2GB RAM, 16GB internal space while the extra features support for 21 regional languages, also including Hindi. The device also comprises Intex Value Added Services such as LFTY, Prime Video, and DataBack.

The smartphone is the firm’s latest budget handset with 4G VoLTE support featuring a 5-inch display with a 2.5D curved glass protection. The phone is powered by a 1.3GHz Quad-core processor with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal memory, expandable up to 64GB via microSD card. Talking about the cameras, the Aqua Lions T1 Lite packs a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel selfie camera with flash for capturing better selfies in poor light conditions.

The dual SIM mobile runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system and sports a 2200mAh non-removable Li-ion Battery that is rated to deliver a talk time of up to 5 to 6 hours and a standby time of 8 to 10 days. The phone measures 14.40x7.35x1.02cms and weigh 156 grams.On the Connectivity options provides 4G VoLTE, 3G, Micro USB 2.0, Bluetooth v4.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n.
