Intex Aqua Q4 Announced, Less Compelling at Rs. 5,290

The homegrown mobile manufacturer Intex has brought a new budget smartphone Aqua Q4 to lure customers with its affordable price tag which is just Rs. 5,290. The handset has been indexed on company website, but there is no information regarding the availability. However, we hope it will soon make entry through online and offline stores.

Intex Aqua Q4 runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat platform which is nice to offer sound experience with its user-friendly interface. This dual SIM smartphone flaunts a 4.5-inch FWVGA display that is capable in offering 480x854 pixels screen resolution. It takes the power from 1.2GHz quad-core Spreadtrum (SC7731) processor which works along with 512MB RAM which is though inadequate to give a perfect boost to the device, but can work flawlessly. However, the market has arrays of handsets in the same price range with better specs.

Aqua Q4 on storage side provides good result with its capability of saving upto 4GB data in its internal memory which can further be expanded upto 32GB using microSD card. When we move to its imaging scion, then hat we have received is just outstanding for a budget handset. A 5-megapixel camera on rear panel with LED flash is superb to offer great imaging experience. A 2-megapixel front shooter is also there to widen the imaging experience with its selfie capability.

To solve connectivity issue, the Intex Aqua Q4 is endowed with several features which include 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth. To give all such things energy, a battery of 1800mAh capacity is packed inside with a promise of delivering upto 5 hours of talktime and upto 200 hours of standby time. The phone will come dipped in several colors, including Black, Grey, Champagne, and White.
