Intex Cloud FX, First Firefox Smartphone Unpacked at Rs. 1,999

The long awaited Firefox smartphone, Intex Cloud FX has been today reached on the Indian floor in a scheduled event. As it was previously known that Company would bring a smartphone in the range of Rs. 2000 which can be grabbed from online store Snapdeal at Rs. 1,999 only. Company has claimed this smartphone as a cheapest smartphone because all other smartphones which run on Android are priced little more thn Rs. 2000.

Earlier Spice had announced that it will bring Fire One Mi-FX 1 smartphone on August 27 which is also a Firefox OS based handset. Intex Cloud FX is a dual SIM device which features 3.5-inch HVGA display with capability of 320x480 pixels screen resolution. It is coupled with 1GHz processor and 128MB of RAM. However it’s not enough to make the device’ performance smooth but may be find okay as per its price tag.

On the other side, it has a 2-megapixel rear camera. Though, absence of front camera may disappoint selfie lovers. On the storage front, Intex Cloud FX is crafted with 46MB of onboard storage with expandable storage of upto 4GB. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Micro-USB, FM radio, a 3.5mm audio jack and GPRS/ EDGE are few connectivity features, bundled in the device. Its weighed just 104 grams and backed by 1250mAh battery which is capable enough to provide 4 hours of talk time.

On the other side, Spice Fire One Mi-FX 1 also features the same 3.5-inch HVGA (320x480 pixel) screen. It will almost share the same features from Intex newly launched smartphone except few one like camera.
