Intex Reveals a New Pair of Aqua Series Smartphones in India

After Intex launched Aqua Music with dual-speakers for Rs 9,317, the Indian based organization has now come forth with two another budget-friendly smartphones in India. Both the new smartphones dubbed under the moniker of Intex Aqua Viturbo and Intex Aqua Eco 4G have been listed on the company's website and have been quoted with a price tag of Rs 3,330 and Rs 4,490 respectively. The company has not yet divulged details on the availability of the products, however, one can anticipate the smartphones to hit the market shelves soon.

Beginning with the specs of Intex Aqua Viturbo smartphone, it features a 4-inch display with a resolution of 800x480 pixels and pixel density of 235ppi. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor paired with 512MB of RAM. The device also offers 4GB of inbuilt storage with memory expansion support of up to 32GB using external miscroSD card.

On the camera front, the GSM-handset sports a 5-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash, and a VGA front camera for selfies. The new Intex smartphone houses a 2000mAh battery which as per company claims can deliver up to 5 hours of talk time and 260 hours of standby time. The handset operates on Android v5.1 Lollipop OS and offers connectivity options like 3G support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and FM radio. In terms of dimensions, the device stands at 124x63.67x10.45mm and carries a weight of 124 grams. As per reports, the product would be getting revealed in three color variants namely Grey, Black, and Blue.

The other Intex Aqua Eco 4G Android smartphone offers a 4-inch display with 235 ppi pixel density and gives a resolution of 800x480 pixels. It runs on Android v5.1 Lollipop and is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor. Also, the handset offers 512MB DDR3 RAM coupled with 4GB of inbuilt storage that can easily be expanded up to 32 GB using external microSD card. The device sports a 2-megapixel rear camera with dual-LED flash and a VGA camera with flash support.

The device is powered by a 1400mAh battery which allows it to give 8 hours of talk time and 150 hours of standby time as claimed by the company. On the connectivity front, the handset includes options of 4G support, Bluetooth, GPS, Wi-Fi, and FM radio. The smartphone measures 124x63.5x10.30mm in dimensions and carries a weight of 121 grams. Similar to its sibling variant, Intex Aqua Viturbo, this device too would be made available for purchase in three color variants namely Black and Dark Blue.
