Intex Unveiled Budget Friendly Aqua 3G Pro Q Smartphone For INR 2,999

Just after the launching of Aqua Classic smartphone, the Indian smartphone maker Intex has launched its new entry-level handset dubbed as Intex Aqua 3G Pro Q. The new handset is listed on the company official website with a price tag of Rs. 2,999. It is expected that the device will go on sale soon.

The Intex Aqua 3G Pro Q is the sibling of Aqua 3G Pro which was unveiled last year wiith a price tag of Rs. 3,666.

In terms of specifications, the Intex Aqua 3G Pro Q flaunts a 4-inch WVGA display having a resolution of 480*800 pixels. It offers a pixel density of 233ppi. The dual SIM based smartphone is operated on Android 5.1 based Lollipop operating system out of the box. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC7731C processor paired with 512MB of RAM. The device has the inbuilt storage of 4GB, that can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot.

At the photography section, the GSM-based mobile phone is loaded with a 2-megapixel rear fixed-focus camera with LED flash streak along with a 0.3-megapixel front facing camera. The Intex Aqua 3G Pro Q comes preloaded with apps such as Matrabhasha, 360 security, Newshunt, Hike, and Opera Mini.

Over the connectivity point of view, the budget Android handset includes GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, A-GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and Micro-USB. Dimensionally, it is measuring a 125.2x63.4x9.9mm and weighs 114 grams. The smartphone will be available in Champagne, Metal Grey, and White color variants. It is backed by a 1300mAh battery, that is rated to deliver up to 5.5 hours of talk time and up to 200 hours of standby time.
