Lava Iris Atom 2X appears Online just at Rs. 4,499

There are many budget smartphones that are launching till date. One such juggernaut is Lava, which has set to launch a new handset under the sub Rs. 5000 budgets. The Iris Atom 2X appears online for its launch expected soon in the Indian market. There has no announcement been made official by the company, but it is available through the e-commerce site at Rs. 4,499.

The dual-SIM smartphone has been listed with the specifications by the e-commerce site to support a 4.5-inch FWVGA (480x854 pixels) IPS display with a calculated pixel density of 217ppi. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS on the software front. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor (unspecified) coupled with 1GB of RAM. Under the hoods, it bears an 8GB of built-in storage that is expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB).

On the snapper’s edge, it integrates 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and features 0.3 -megapixel front-facing camera. The specification list is very broad with all the basic necessities being fulfilled. The connectivity options to explore in the device are 3G (HSPA+), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB 2.0, GPS/ A-GPS and a 3.5mm audio jack. It bears an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor as additional punch to the list. The device is available in Black and White color variants on eBay. It measures 134x66x9.15mm and weighs 132 grams. It also packs 2000mAh battery inside for longer talk time hours.  

Earlier, Lava launched Iris Fuel F1 which has 4000mAh battery support as a highlight of the phone. The smartphone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop and has 5-inch FWVGA (480x854 pixels) IPS display with 196ppi pixel density. It is powered up by 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and has 8MP rear and 2 MP front facing camera. Both the smartphones are alluring in the featured list and are available for the customers.
