In the catalog of low budget smartphones, Lava introduces another selfie smartphone namely Iris X1 Selfie. It has a 1.3GHz processor embedded on a MediaTek MT6580 chipset. It sports 1GB RAM and runs on Android 4.4.2 (Kitkat) operating system, which ensures flawless performance.
Coming onto its specifications, Lava Iris X1 Selfie sports 4.5-inch display with 480 x 854 pixels screen resolution. On the camera front, it has been given 8MP rear and 5MP front camera with LED flash. The mobile is capable to capture HD videos along with features like HDR, Burst, Panorama Image watermark and voice controlled photo capture. The camera of Iris X1 Selfie also supports smile detection feature. For data storage, 8GB internal memory has been given which can further be expanded up to 32GB via MicroSD card slot.
The mobile draws power from 2000 mAh Li-Po battery which is claimed to offer a decent battery backup. On the connectivity front, all basic features including Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, hotspot, Bluetooth v4.0, LE, GPS and USB connectivity are made available in this 3G enabled smartphone. In the list of similar priced smartphones, to make it unique, the company has sent a price tag of Rs 6,777. it is expected to hit the Indain market in coming days.
