LeEco Launched Le Pro 3 Elite With Snapdragon 820 SoC

After launching its Le Pro 3, the leading Chinese manufacturing firm LeEco has now decided to introduce it's Le Pro 3 Elite smartphone also. Notwithstanding the ‘Elite’ moniker, the handset is undoubtedly the cheaper version of its previous Le Pro 3 with a slightly degraded processor and no NFC. The new smartphone is already available on the company’s China site Lemall.com, in a Gold colour variant with a price tag of CNY 1,699 (Rs 16,500 approx).

The new Le Pro 3 Elite is blessed with the same design language as its sibling, and runs company’s EUI 5.8-based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 processor in place of Snapdragon 821 SoC, and NFC support is also absent it as compared to the previous variant. Rest of the specifications remain same, apart from these differences.

Moreover, the Android smartphone features a 5.5-inch full-HD display of resolution 1080X1920 pixels along with 2.5D curved glass protection and 403 ppi of pixel density. The processor of this handset is coupled with 4GB of RAM, Adreno 530 GPU and an expandable 32GB inbuilt memory space.

In term of optics, the Dual-SIM handset packs a 16-megapixel rear camera with a f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, HDR, BSI CMOS sensor, 4K video recording at 30fps, and a slow-motion recording of 720p at 120fps. An 8-megapixel front shooter with f/2.2 aperture and a 76.5-degree wide-angle lens has also been provided by the company for selfie enthusiasts.

The GSM handset is backed up by a 4070 mAh battery and includes 4G LTE (with support for bands in India), Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, NFC, GPS/ A-GPS, and Bluetooth v4.2, apart from USB Type-C as connectivity options on the device. Sensors on the board include a proximity sensor, fingerprint scanner, ambient light sensor, accelerometer, gyroscope, and an infrared emitter.
