Micromax launched its new tablet, the Micromax Canvas Plex in India on Wednesday. The tablet has been created in partnership with Eros and through this partnership, Micromax Canvas Plex users will get the one-year free premium subscription of Eros and it targets the users who like to use tablets for watching movies and videos. The tablet will be available from 1st September at a price tag of Rs 12,999 via offline retail stores.
The Tablet comes with an 8-inch WSVGA IPS display screen with the resolution of 1024x600 pixels. Micromax Canvas Plex Tab is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT8382W/M SoC coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt storage which can be further expanded via a microSD card. The Tablet runs Android 7.0 Nougat operating system and is backed by a 3,000mAh battery and the company has claimed that it is rated to deliver up to 9 hours of talking time and roughly 169 hours standby time.

The Micromax Canvas Plex Tab comes equipped with the 5-megapixel rear camera with an LED flash and 2-megapixel front shooter for the Selfies and video calling. For the Connectivity, options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, USB OTG, Bluetooth v4.0.
