Micromax Canvas Win W092 and W121 are finally available to buy

Micromax has finally turned off its curtains from two Windows Phones. Since few days, Micromax was planning to introduce Window based Smartphones in the Indian market at a varying price range. And today, the wait for those mobiles finally got over. They launched Win W092 and Win W121 with a price tag of Rs 6500 and Rs 9500 respectively. This launch was carried out in Delhi in order to make a sudden entry in the Windows Phone 8.1 based smartphones.

After launching these windows phone, Micromax has become 2nd competitor for the Nokia which is currently on peaks in terms of Windows Phone share. But the quality issues may arise with Micromax as the android phones were often with some underwhelming hardware parts.

Both of these handheld devices are powered with 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 Cortex-A7 quad core processor and both are featured with 1 GB RAM, along with Dual-SIM support. The Win W121 will be having 5-inch HD display with nearly 720px resolution where as the lower budget phone Win W092 will be having a 4-inch IPS WVGA display. The elder one will be having an 8MP rear and a 2MP front camera, where on the other side, younger one will be having a 5MP rear and VGA front camera.

In terms of internal memory, W121 is having inbuilt memory of 8GB which can further be enhanced upto 32GB through a MicroSD card. Similarly, storage capability is present in W092 too. In addition to this, W121 is issued with proximity, gravity, and light sensors, and accelerometer sensors. For an expected battery backup of 1 day, both of them are provided with 1500mAh battery.

Overall, we will find that this Smartphone will be a sum-up result of three mega technology brands i.e. Micromax, Microsoft and Qualcomm.
