Micromax listed Canvas Blaze 4G+ on Company Site

Micromax had just introduced Canvas Blaze 4G. After the unveiling event of the device, it has come up with a new and refresh version of the same as Canvas Blaze 4G+. The smartphone is listed on the company site, with no pricing and availability agenda revealed by the company. The smartphone, as per its name, is a 4G LTE supportive handset, which is the highlight of the phone. It is further claimed to sport Cat. 4 LTE with download speeds of up to 150Mbps.

The dual-SIM smartphone supports identical specs as that of Canvas Blaze 4G. It features 4.5-inch (480x854 pixels) IPS display. It is powered by a 1GHz quad-core MediaTek (MT6735M) SoC clubbed with 1GB of RAM. While, its predecessor packs a 1.1GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 (MSM8909) SoC coupled with 1GB of RAM. Under the hoods, it has an in-built storage space of 8GB that is expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB).

The device runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS as the software front and has various connectivity options like 3G (HSPA+), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB 2.0, GPS/ A-GPS and a 3.5mm audio jack. The snapper’s edge is integrated with 8MP rear camera with LED flash and 2MP front shooter. It packs 1750mAh battery which is rated to deliver up to 5 hours of talk time and up to 200 hours of standby time. While on the other hand, Canvas Blaze 4G sports 5MP camera with 2000mAh battery.

With most of the specs similarity, the company is expected to put on the device with a price tag of Rs. 6,999. It also bears an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor as the add-ons to the packet. The smartphone is also expected to compete with Xiaomi Redmi 2 and Moto E 2nd Gen 4G handset.
