Motorola, the Lenovo-owned smartphone brand has faced an another online leak that has released case renders of the upcoming Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus smartphones. As we know that the company has officially announced that these two Motorola flagship smartphone will be showcased at the MWC 2017, which is scheduled to held from February 26 in Barcelona. Since the official announcement, many leaks have appeared online that has spilled various specifications and the images of Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus mobiles. The currently leaked case renders of the Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus are confirming some of the previous rumors about the devices. The leaked case renders are claimed to be from renowned a case maker for the Motorola handsets.
The leaked case images show that the both the Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus smartphones will have unique fingerprint scanner at the front which will be installed in the physical home button of the handsets. Further, both smartphones are said to have circular camera panel at the back and the Moto "M" logo will be present just below the camera panel. The new case renders also indicate that the Moto G5 and G5 Plus will be made available in Gold color along with the Silver variant which was spilled earlier. On the basis of these online leaks the smartphone market is at buzz and is being claimed that the Moto G5 Plus will come up with a 5.5-inch full-HD display with a pixel thickness of 403ppi, and will be controlled by a Snapdragon 625 processor. The handset is further rumored to pack 4GB of RAM and will accompany 32GB internal storage capacity. The benchmark tips that the Moto G5 Plus will operate on Android 7.0 Nougat and for the camera, the mobile will come equipped with a 12-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. On the other hand, the Moto G5 is expected to have the similar specification as that of the G5 Plus but with few downgrades.
