Moto G5 Plus Press Renders And Moto G5 Live Images Surfaced Online

The Lenovo owned Moto's upcoming mobile, Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus have already been leaked many times and now more leaked images have been added to the list. Live photos of the vanilla colored Moto G5 and press renders of its bigger version (Moto G5 Plus) surfaced online, providing more insights about the both Motorola gadgets. Both Moto G5 and G5 Plus are expected to come in Lunar Grey and Fine Gold colors.

As we know that the Moto G5 has 2,800 mAh removable battery and the OS of choice is going to be Android 7.0 Nougat along with a fingerprint sensor on the front. A 5.2-inch display with Full HD resolution, Snapdragon 430 CPU, and 2GB RAM are other known facts about the handset. The bigger and more powerful sibling named Moto G5 Plus renders are delivered by the famous online tipster evleaks. In a tweet, Evan Blass wrote, "Moto G5 Plus for Verizon," which hinted that the handset is heading to Verizon though it would be too early to say that the Moto G5 Plus will be Verizon exclusive. The Moto G5 Plus is said to feature a 5.2-inch full-HD display; 64GB storage; 3000mAh battery with TurboPower charging; 12-megapixel camera with dual autofocus feature; powered by 2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 625 SoC along with 4G LTE.

The leaked render shows that Moto G5 Plus will come with all-metal body and is widely rumored to launch with Android 7.0 Nougat. The primary camera at the back can be seen surrounded by a circular design accompanied by a dual-LED flash. The new render leak once again shows the home button at the front which is widely expected to embed the fingerprint scanner. The legendary Moto "M" logo is seen on the back as well.

Both the Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus are expected to come with many similar specifications like full-HD screen resolution, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 cover for protection, Android 7.0 Nougat, and support expandable storage (up to 128GB). The other similarities in the handsets may include fingerprint scanner at the front, 2GB of RAM, 5-megapixel front camera, and water repellent coating.

It must be noted that the Lenovo has already announced an official event at MWC on 26th February and is expected to officially unveil both, Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus smartphones in that event.
