Motorola pledged for replacing broken Nexus 6 under Moto Care

It happens often when your smartphone’s screen gets damaged because of some reasons and you find helpless when want to replace it. Most of Android device’ users face this issue. The only Company is Apple that sells iPhone devices with one-year replacement warranty. Not a single Company that deal in Android powered handsets, don’t have such kind of warranty.

But now, one of the Companies has taken the initiative to offer its products with after-sale service. The name in the plenty of Companies is Motorola, which is now offering such service for its Nexus 6 phablet. This device is recently available in US only and its after-sale service package, called Moto Care is also applicable now in US for newly launched Nexus device.

Motorola blesses Nexus 6 buyers with Moto Care

We are expecting this device to soon reach in other market along with the package. However, the Company has set some criteria for Moto Care which will require some additional money to pay. But, getting the replacement, paying a small amount of bucks additionally isn’t a bad deal. The tech giant has mentioned in its global website that any Nexus 6 phablet which faces any damage under two years of it’s purchasing, then they would be replaced according to Moto Care and will take $129.9 additional money from you.

We can’t forget India lest to deal with such after-sale service package in India, where Motorola sells its products in the partnership with e-commerce portal Flipkart. As the Company has not a single physical store for customer support. So, how the Company would make it possible in India, whenever the Nexus 6 device will launch? Either the maker will tie-up with one more firm to bundle Nexus 6 with Moto Care or Flipkart will be taking the charge for offering such service.
