Nokia has recently unveiled the Nokia 6 smartphone for the Chinese market that will go for flash sale from January 19th. The device was put on for the online registration and the same has received a tremendous response from the people. The company has announced that until now more than 1 million individuals have pre-booked the handset from JD.com. It must be noted that the Nokia 6 had fetched 250,000 enrollments in the initial 24 hours on JD.com. This breakthrough is gigantic for Nokia and HMD Global, as it affirms that the brand Nokia is still very popular among the smartphone users. It must be noted that the only three days ago, Nokia 6 managed to rake in 500,000 registrations, and has crossed the one million enlistments in record time. The Nokia 6, in China, has been priced at CNY 1,699 (Approx. Rs. 17,000).
Going on the specifications of Nokia 6, the device has a 5.5-inch full-HD display with a 2.5D Gorilla Glass on top. It is fueled by a Snapdragon 430 SoC combined with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The double SIM Nokia 6 handset accompanies a 3000mAh non-removable battery. Concerning optics, the Nokia 6 comes with a 16-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, phase detection autofocus, and double tone flash, and in addition has been incorporated with an 8-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture.

The Nokia 6 is a mid-range smartphone that has been launched just in China and the Nokia along with HMD Global, plans to sell this latest smartphone only on JD.com by means of the flash sale until further notice. The first Nokia 6 online sale will commence on January 19 for the Chinese users as the website does not provide international shipping. HMD Global has also not declared Nokia 6 worldwide availability yet. It's worth mentioning that the HMD Global is all set to launch a series of Nokia-branded Android smartphones this year, and some of the handsets will be unveiled from the grand stage of MWC 2017.
