Nokia X7 China Variant Expect To Unveil on October 16, 2018 in China

Nokia X series line up had been introduced by HMD Global earlier this year specifically developed for the China market. Nokia X6 and Nokia X5 are a part of Nokia X series that features a notched display. Since the introduction of Nokia X- series, HMD Global has launched two Nokia smartphones with the name tag Nokia 6.1 Plus and Nokia 5.1 Plus across the globe.

Now, the Finnish smartphone manufacturer has started teasing the launch of new Nokia X- series smartphone which is expected to be unveiled on October 16, 2018, likely to be dubbed as Nokia X7 in the China market. Furthermore, it is anticipated that the Nokia X7 also known as Nokia 7.1 Plus in the global market. Previously, the Nokia 7.1 Plus (Nokia X7) was expected to unveil on 4th October in India but it has not happened.

The teaser image is clearly showing that the device will come with dual rear cameras along with Carl ZEISS optics and the rear panel looks similar to recently launched Nokia 7.1 which is currently available for purchase only in the Europe market. The newly launched Nokia 7.1 has been equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC, USB Type-C port for fast charging, 19:9 aspect ratio with display notch and compatible with Android Pie mobile operating system.

In the teaser image, we can see that an LED flash is positioned on the right-hand side of Nokia X7 on the rear panel. A detailed information about the Nokia X7 is not available at the moment but anticipated that this device could come with Nokia 7.1 Plus in the global market.

Nokia, HMD Global is gearing to organize an event October 11, where the Finnish smartphone manufacturer could introduce the Nokia 7.1 and Nokia 7.1 Plus.

HMD Global had recently unveiled the Nokia 5.1 Plus and Nokia 6.1 Plus in the Indian market. The Nokia 5.1 Plus is one of the best smartphones that has been available under the price range of Rs 15,000. The Nokia 5.1 Plus comes with a price tag of Rs 10,999, while the Nokia 6.1 Plus has been launched at Rs 15,999.

HMD Global is now planning to add the Nokia 7.1 Plus in its line up with display notch and glass back panel in the subcategory of Rs 25,000. It is anticipated that the Nokia 7.1 Plus aka Nokia X7 would run on Android 9 Pie with Android One branding.
