Ola App Offers OnePlus X Without an Invite on Tuesday

Popular app-based cab service provider, Ola, in its collaboration with OnePlus, will give an opportunity to buy the OnePlus X smartphones on Tuesday, 8 December. Consumers can get a chance to purchase the handset on demand for one day and get it delivered at their gateway within 15 minutes.

Sudarshan Gangrade, Vice-President, Ola marketing app, uttered, "Our partnership is aimed at benefitting buyers of the handsets and our users on December 8 in seven cities across the country Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai and National Capital Region (NCR)". As per the statement, the offer will be available between 10 am to 7 pm on Wednesday, and buyers will have to order the phone via Ola App. Once receiving the request, an Ola cab will reach at buyers' doorsteps with OnePlus representative and the smartphone for the transaction to be completed with credit/debit cards or hard cash.

Let's have a brief look over its features. The device will sport 13 MP rear camera and 8 MP front facing camera. It will be powered by Qualcomm’s quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.3 GHz. The OnePlux will be having 3 GB RAM along with 16 GB of internal storage, which expanded up to 128 GB via a MicroSD card. The smartphone is backed by 2525 mAh battery will run Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.
