OnePlus rolled out its latest flagship smartphone OnePlus 3T earlier this month in the country. The handset was initially available in two memory variants, which includes a 64GB variant and a 128GB variant. The 64GB variant is available with a price tag of Rs 29,999, whereas the 128GB variant is available priced at 34,999 in its Gunmetal colour only via Amazon India. The company at the launch stated that it will soon deliver the Soft Gold variant of the model soon in the market.
Sticking with the statement, the company, on Wednesday has announced that the Soft Gold variant of the 64GB variant will be available from January 5 via Amazon India, while the 128GB variant will continue to be available only in its Gunmetal colour. Buyers are allowed to register for the Amazon app-only sale, which is going to take place on January 5, registrations will be accepted until January 3. After the sale, the handset will be available on open sale from January 6.
The specifications of the Android smartphone includes a 5.5-inch full-HD Optic AMOLED display of resolution 1080X1920 pixels and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. Moreover, it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC (two cores clocked at 1.6GHz and two cores clocked at 2.35GHz) paired with 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM.
In terms of optics, the Dual-SIM handset comes with a 16-megapixel camera at both front and rear side of it. It is backed up by a 3400mAh battery, with a Dash Charge (5V 4A) facility for quick charging. Connectivity options on the board of the GSM handset includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, and GPS/ A-GPS. OnePlus believes that the OnePlus 3T Soft Gold variant has been designed to deliver a more elegant, beautiful and lighter look to the customers.
