OnePlus 3T Will Not Affect The Availability of OnePlus 3 Across The country

OnePlus, this past Friday has finally put the curtains off from the upgraded version of OnePlus 3 dubbed as OnePlus 3T, which is going on sale vial company’s official online retail partner Amazon India from December 14. The newly launched handset will be available in two variants in which the first one includes a 64GB inbuilt storage and will be available at Rs 29,999 while the other one will be seen blessed with 128GB inbuilt memory space and will be available at Rs 34,999.

Vikas Agarwal, General Manager, OnePlus India stated that the company has no plans to stop the availability of OnePlus 3 smartphone, though according to him the company this time will be fully focused on the new member of the OnePlus family. Agarwal also made sure that the company will start manufacturing the handsets in India from next month.

Agarwal stated, “We will continue with the OnePlus 3 for the foreseeable future but eventually the focus will shift to the OnePlus 3T. We are also gearing to start manufacturing OnePlus 3T in India from next month. For the company, the future will be around the OnePlus 3T.”

Later he added that initially only the production of 64GB variants of the handsets will be started in India. Agarwal while answering, whether the company plans to manufacture 128GB variants too, said, “We will see how the market requirement comes. As 128GB is more premium so it will depend on the response from the market and we can take a call on it only after the initial response is positive.”

The company according to him, will also promote its exclusive e-commerce platform in the country too. Oneplusstore.in- The company’s official website to sell OnePlus products was basically launched in October. However the site redirects users to the Amazon India if they try to buy products from it.
