OnePlus Brings New Buyback And Exchange Program for Users

Chinese tech startup OnePlus has now announced another lucrative offer for its user base in the form of a Buyback and Exchange program. Under the plan, users can avail up to INR 16,000 discount on the exchange of their used Android smartphone with any of the latest OnePlus flagship products OnePlus One, OnePlus 2 or even OnePlus X. To make this offer a success, the company has tied up with both ReGlobe and e-commerce website Amazon.

The process to avail this offer is also very simple as users just need to order three OnePlus smartphones from Amazon and note down their Order ID. Once done, users need to click the option of "Mobile Buyback" on the mobile purchase page and once they accept the Terms and Conditions, they are automatically redirected to the official page of the ReGlobe website.

On the ReGlobe website, users need to enter the details of their old Android smartphone that they wish to trade and must also enter their respective Order ID when prompted. Once all the entries are done, they would get the final quote of the OnePlus smartphone they ordered. To confirm the deal, a user has to enter his contact details using which the ReGlobe team would get in touch with them for the pickup. The user will get the cash payment instantly as the team picks up the old smartphone from the doorstep. Another point that solidifies the dealing is that this is not the first time Amazon has tied up with ReGlobe but has undergone collaborations previously as well.

Apart from the so mentioned buyback offer, OnePlus is also working hard on releasing its OnePlus 3 smartphone which as per Carl Pei might get launched in the second quarter of this year. Though both the company and Carl Pei refused to disclose anything in terms of price, and availability of the handset, however, he did mention that the model will "captivate" users just as the company's initial handset i.e., the OnePlus One, had done. He further added that the OnePlus 3 will also feature a "new design" giving a clear indication that users must not expect anything similar as the previously launched OnePlus 2.
