Looks like Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus has kept its promise of launching Ceramic edition of OnePlus X in India. As per the latest reports all those who are interested in buying the Ceramic edition can now do so from Friday as the company has announced that it will be selling a limited number of OnePlus X Ceramic variants in the country, but only at selected locations, it will be available offline. This update is more enticing for the users since just last month the company announced that it would sell the Ceramic variants on every Thursday only with invites.
The company announced on Thursday that it will be holding invite-free sales of the variant at French connection retail stores between 7 pm to 9 pm in 3 locations namely, New Delhi, Mumbai and Hyderabad. To boost up the sales the company is giving a 10 percent discount with an additional voucher of INR 500 along with a special gift bag to the first 50 buyers.
Under the hood, Ceramic variant is no less than the Onyx variant of OnePlus X, however, it differs on the exteriors part from the former. Even in terms of the money, they are different as the Onyx variant is priced at INR 16,999 while Ceramic variant is a tad expensive with a price rate of INR 22,999.

Talking about the specs of OnePlus X smartphone, it sports a 5-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) AMOLED display and is powered by a 2.3GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 SoC. On the bottom panel, it houses a metal frame and dual speaker grills. It comes with 3GB of RAM, has an internal storage capacity of 16GB which can be expanded using a microSD card. On the photography front, it features a 13-megapixel rear camera with flash and a f/2.2 aperture, and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with a f/2.4 aperture.
