Online leaks Claim Meizu Pro 6 To Sport 6GB RAM And 128GB Storage

Everyone in the smartphone industry was taken by surprise when Chinese firm Vivo brought forward its Xplay5 Elite smartphone with 6GB of RAM and many believed other companies would take time in bringing another similar product. However, if latest reports are to be believed gadget enthusiasts might come across another product featuring 6GB of RAM and the rumored product might get a release as a part of another Chinese firm Meizu.

Though the company is yet to confirm the news, however, as per what the rumors reveal Meizu Pro 6 will surely sport 6GB of RAM. As per the reports from GizChina, the smartphone will be made available in two variants: one with 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage capacity and the second variant would feature 4GB RAM giving 64GB of inbuilt storage.

Meizu Pro 6 to sport Samsung Exynos 8890 SoC

Some other rumored specs that are making rounds is that Meizu Pro 6 will feature a full HD display further giving a resolution of 1080x1920 pixels. Further, it will house Exynos 8890 Soc and will operate on Flyme OS v6.0 out of the box. last but not the least, it supports Hi-Fi technology and also supports fast charging technology.

It is worth mentioning that if these rumors are true then this will not be the first time Meizu will be operating and using a Samsung-made processor. Its earlier product Meizu Pro 5 featured Exynos 7420 octa-core processor coupled with Mali T760 MP8 GPU under the hood. The smartphone was launched in two variants - 3GB of LPDDR4 RAM with 32GB storage priced at CNY 2,799 (approximately Rs. 29,000), and 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM with 64GB of storage priced at CNY 3,099 (approximately Rs. 32,100).

Meizu last month teamed up with Canonical to launch its second Ubuntu smartphone - the Meizu Pro 5 Ubuntu Edition which is way too similar and identical to the Meizu Pro 5 smartphone that launched in September last year, except the fact that it runs Ubuntu OS (formerly Ubuntu Touch OS) instead of Android 5.1 Lollipop.
