Oppo R7 Leaked in New Image, Shows Slender and All-Metal Body

As yet, Oppo is in headlines due to its upcoming R-series smartphone: R7, which had been leaked in a plenty of pictures a while ago and mobile is on a high peak of discussion due to its bezel-free designing. And now, device has appeared in a new image, whereby some novel aspects of this yet-to-be announced gadget have come into view.

By the courtesy of a Chinese website: Mobile-Dad, an image of smartphone has widely been shared online that shows actual look of Oppo R7, but it looks different from previously-surfaced images. Featuring all-metal build with round corners, handheld do reminiscent of Apple iPhone 6, which has received a number clones, where ZTE Blade S6 Lux and Lenovo S90 Sisley are in forefront.

According to GizmoChina, this forthcoming gadget will be thinner than its predecessor: Oppo R5 that is one of the most skinny handsets in the world and measures just 4.85mm thickness. Here, inclusion of 4.7-inch display with 2.5D glass has been mentioned by informant that contradicts earlier report, in which 5.5-inch screen size with 2K resolution of 2560 x 1600p had been claimed.

Talking about internal hardware, device will be packed with a 64-bit octa-core MT6795 SoC and it will be loaded with Android 5.0.2 Lollipop operating system. Moreover, 20.7-megapixel primary camera, 16GB internal storage, 2GB RAM and 4G LTE connectivity are expected.

As we know, arrival of 4.7mm thin Coolpad Ivvi K1 Mini and 4.75 mm thin Vivo X5 Max have pushed down firm's slimmest creation: R5 from first position, so it seems worth to say that this Chinese Corporation is basically striving to regain the appellation of manufacturer of thinnest smartphone.
