Few weeks back, the renowned company in telecom industry, Panasonic has announced about its Eluga series expansion by adding Eluga U smartphone. The long waited device has been reached in Indian market with high-end features. It has appeared in market at the price of Rs. 18,990. However, the phone will hit store shelves in August first week.
Panasonic Eluga U with dual SIM support features 5 inch IPS display which uses the OGS technology to enhance the touch experience. The display gives the stunning output with 720x1280 pixels resolution. The Android 4.4.2 KitKat based smartphone gives the improved experience with latest version. The device was already collected the lights for its teasing poster earlier which was describing about an invitation of Eluga U Launch.
The quad-core processor with Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset offers great performance at 1.2GHz operating frequency. On the other side, profound 2GB of RAM works in order to make the user experience smooth when several applications are working simultaneously on the device. The imaging section gets 13MP rear camera with LED flash and Autofocus feature while there is one 2MP camera houses at the front panel of the device.
Penning some more specifications of the device what we have found for the storage section is its 16GB built-in storage and microSD card support with expandable storage of upto 32GB. Panasonic Eluga U is fueled by 2500mAh battery. 3G, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Direct, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0, and GPS/ A-GPS are some of connectivity features the handset is carrying. The tagline "Elegance for a new generation" on invitation perfectly describes the device.
Earlier the company had unveiled Panasonic T41, Panasonic P41 and Panasonic P61 for Indian market which run on Android 4.4.2 KitKat platform.
