Realme has rolled up its sleeves to launch Realme 3 in India at the event which will be held on 4 March 2019. As per the recent teaser teased by the company, it is expected that the company might also launch Realme 3 Pro along with Realme 3. The company is taking a dig at the Redmi Note 7 Pro because the Redmi Note 7 will be launched on 28th Feb in India and the Redmi Note 7 Pro also might be launched along with it.
Madhav Sheth, CEO of Realme shared a teaser in which a caption reads “What’s 7 doing in 3?” which points out to the Redmi Note 7. The teaser is a small video in which the number 3 is written in the form of a lightning bolt that highlights the number “7”. In the video, ‘Be Proactive’ is also written in which “pro” is highlighted in bold. So by this, we can assume that the company is pointing out towards the introduction of the Realme 3 Pro smartphone.
The Realme 3 might feature a waterdrop-style notch, a rear fingerprint scanner, and dual camera setup at the back. The smartphone is expected to carry a MediaTek Helio P70 octa-core SoC. It might come with 4GB or 6GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of internal storage. The Realme 3 could run on Android 9 Pie OS with ColorOS6 skin on the top and if so then it will be the first smartphone of Realme to carry Android 9.
On the other hand, the Realme 3 Pro might come with a 48-megapixel camera at the back same like the Redmi Note 7 but is not assured yet. As per the recent rumors, Realme has refused about working on a 48-megapixel smartphone.
At last, the lightning bolt shown in the teaser indicates to the fast charging capabilities of the Realme 3 Pro. Everything will be cleared at the launch event which is to be held in next week. So let us see what Realme has in store for the users.
