Samsung Galaxy A6 and Galaxy A6+ Spotted on Samsung Indonesia Website

Samsung, the South Korean giant is all set to launch the Galaxy A6 and Galaxy A6 Plus across the globe as soon as possible. Earlier this month, both Galaxy A6, as well as Galaxy A6+, were appeared on the FCC listings with IDs A3LSMA600FN and A3LSMA605FN respectively. Currently, the detailed specifications of Samsung Galaxy A6 and Galaxy A6+ goes official on the Indonesian website of Samsung ahead of launch. Galaxy A6 and Galaxy A6+ Specifications

The Galaxy A6 is a younger sibling of Galaxy A6 Plus, however both of the smartphones boasting a Super AMOLED Infinity Displays and an aspect ratio of 18.5:9. The Galaxy A6 will come with a 5.6 inch Super AMOLED HD+ screen display with the screen resolution of 720x1480 pixels, whereas Galaxy A6 Plus will have a larger 6-inch Super AMOLED Full HD+ screen along with the screen resolution of 1080x2220 pixels. Under the hood, Galaxy A6 will be powered by a company’s owned Exynos 7870 SoC which will clock at 1.6GHz, paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage that can be further extended up to 256GB with the help of memory card. On another hand, Galaxy A6 Plus will bring a 1.8GHz octa-core processor, coupled with 4GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage, though the storage capacity can be further extended up to 400GB by using the memory card. Both of the smartphones will get a Bixby support.

In terms of optics, a smaller version Galaxy A6 will come with a single 16 MP rear camera with an aperture of f/1.7 and a same 16 MP front-facing camera with an aperture of f/1.9 and LED flash. However, the Galaxy A6+ will pack a 16MP + 5MP with an aperture of f/1.7 and a f/1.9 respectively. For the selfies and video calling, the Galaxy A6+ will get a 24 MP camera with an aperture of f/1.9. The Galaxy A6 Plus will feature a Live Focus which we have earlier seen on Galaxy Note 8 smartphones and it which allow users to adjust the depth of field.

Under the hood, the Galaxy A6 will come with a 3000mAh battery, while the Galaxy A6 Plus will get a 3,500 mAh battery. Both of the smartphones will run on Android 8.1 Oreo Operating System.In terms of dimensions, Galaxy A6 and Galaxy A6+ measure 149.9x70.9x7.7mm and 160.1x75.7x7.9mm respectively.

Apart from the specifications, Indonesia website of Samsung also revealed the price details of the upcoming Galaxy smartphones. It is anticipated that the Samsung Galaxy A6 will be priced in between the bracket of Rs 24,054 - Rs 27,262., whereas the Galaxy A6+ will cost around Rs 28,868 - Rs 32,073.

Apart from the Galaxy A6 series smartphones, the South- Korean giant is working on to launch Galaxy Note 9 most probably in the month of August. Some of the specifications of Note 9 was previously spotted on Geekbench listing suggest that it could come with S pen, Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC and Android 8.1 Oreo Operating System.
