Samsung Reveals Price of Galaxy-A5 and Galaxy-A7 Smartphones in China

With the onset of this December, smart phone lovers got a first hand look of the second-generation of Galaxy A smart phones launched by the South Korean company Samsung namely the Galaxy A3, Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7. The company also promised that the handsets will go on sale in China starting mid-December. Keeping its promise, the company officially started selling its Galaxy A5 (2016) and Galaxy A7 (2016) smartphones in China at a price tag of CNY 2,398 (approximately Rs. 25,000) and CNY 2,699 (approximately Rs. 28,000) respectively, though the users are yet to see the Samsung Galaxy A3 as enlisted by the company on its official website.

On the features front the upcoming Galaxy A7 features a 5.5-inch full-HD resolution Super Amoled display, an octa-core SoC chip clubbed with 3GB of RAM. It features a 13-MP rear camera with LED flash and optical image stabilization (OIS) feature and a 5-MP front-facing camera. Lack of memory is an all time issue for many users, so keeping that in mind the new Galaxy A7 has been equipped with a 16GB of inbuilt storage, further expandable up to 128GB. It supports several connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, ANT+, USB 2.0 and NFC feature along with some other additional features like accelerometer, geomagnetic sensors and a fingerprint scanner.

The Samsung Galaxy A5 is not much different from Galaxy A7 apart from the fact that it sports a smaller 5.2-inch full-HD Super Amoled display, 2GB of RAM, and 2900mAh battery with fast charging. It measures 144.8x71.0x7.3mm and weighs 155 grams. If sources are to be believed the company is also making grounds to launch the fourth member of the Galaxy A-series namely Galaxy A9 soon.
