The latest build 10051 for Windows 10 Technical Preview for Phones has been reached to select smartphones through Windows Insider Program. Users of these select devices can now taste few more new and improved features. With a bunch of new features and bug fixes, this build 10051 has brought its powerful SPARTAN browser to phones.
After enjoying and winning the desktop devices, the ravishment of this new browser has been reached to Windows smartphones. However, the Internet Explorer is still the default browser and available in phones as it’s just a preview right now and comes to phone to find out people’s view for the same. Kyle Pflug, Program Manager of Project Spartan as wrote that they had received huge feedbacks and votes for its new Spartan browser when introduced for desktop devices earlier in March. It’s been 10 days since that Technical Build, and now Microsoft has made a path for the same to meet-up to the Windows Phone 8 devices.
We cannot say it a complete bug-free project at all as it's just an early build to give a test run to the Spartan.
How to Experience Project Spartan on Your Windows Smartphone?
1. To experience every new Windows 10 Build, you need to register on Windows Insider Program.
2. If you are already a registered member, then you can enter into the Program just by log-in to your Insider account and experience the latest build.
3. If your device is already set on Windows 10 Technical Preview, then you simply need to go to Settings apps > Update and recovery > Phone update, and then check for updates.
That's all about the instructions to get the latest build on your Windows smartphone. Now move to the features, which we have received in this new build.
SPARTAN is the Hulk among All:
You will find the same rendering engine which was used for its desktop version. This new engine is capable in offering amazing and flawless interoperability as said by the company. You can also experience the Reading View and Reading List which we had seen in its desktop build. It is available in All Apps list and can be pinned to Start screen. You will find IE11 also along with the project Spartan browser.

Other Features Received on Windows 10 Technical Preview for Phone Build 10051
New People and Maps Apps - People App has got revamped with new visual deign with ability to manage all your contacts finely. Maps app is also getting refreshed with more advanced best maps, aerial imagery, rich local search data, and voice guided navigation. And, all these can be experienced from Bing Maps and HERE maps.
New Phone and Messaging Apps - With a new visual design, the Messaging app has also got revamped. You can switch to voice call from messaging with a simple click on Phone icon in the new app bar.

New Mail and Calendar Apps - Calendar and Mail apps give you the option of moving into both without going back to the Start screen. Outlook Mail app has Swipe Gestures and many other new features to give you a top-end experience in mailing. Eventually, both apps have a new UI design with amazing new features.
