Swipe technology has launched another budget smartphone dubbed as Konnect 5.1 smartphone. It is exclusively available on Snapdeal at a price tag of Rs. 3.999.
The main USP of the smartphone is that it is packed with a massive battery of 3000mAh at this price point. The handset is available in a sandstone Black color variant and is designed with roughened texture on the back panel. the listing on the e-commerce website claims that the Konnect 5.1 promises to deliver up to 10 hours of talk time and up to 220 hours of standby time.
In terms of specifications, it is featuring a 5-inch FWVGA TFT display with a resolution of 480*854 pixels and is offering a pixel density of 225ppi. The dual SIM based Konnect 5.1 is running on Android 4.4 Kitkat out of the box and is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. The online retailer's listing revealed that the smartphone is upgradeable to Android 5.1 Lollipop.
For the storage, it bears an 8GB on inbuilt storage, that can be expandable via microSD card slot expansion. It sports an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash, and a 5-megapixel front facing camera. Dimensionally, it is measuring 144x73x9.8mm and weighs 156 grams.
For the connectivity, Swipe Konnect 5.1 smartphone includes GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi with hotspot functionality, Bluetooth, FM radio, Micro-USB 2.0, and GPS/ A-GPS.
