The Samsung Galaxy Avant has been launched on T-Mobile. Now, the device is available on this store for customers at $216.
The Samsung Galaxy Avant is somewhat the updated version of Galaxy core LTE that has already been introduced in the market. The Galaxy Avant has 4.5 inch touchscreen display with resolution of 540x960 pixels. It includes a quad-core processor with the clock speed of 1.2GHz, in which all core do their multiple duty at the same time. The device is coupled with 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The on-board storage can be expanded up to 64GB with the help of microSD card.
The smartphone is powered by 5 MP rear camera with LED flash. According to GSMArena, there is a 2MP front facing camera for providing better quality of snaps. Avant also comprises the connectivity functions of Wi-Fi, LTE and GSM. The device is packed with 2100 mAh battery and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat operating system.
As there were rumors that the smartphone will come with the remote unlocking function. This app will enable you to lock your smartphone in temporary way and you can also lock it permanently. But T-mobile did not mention anything about this rumored application on the press release of this handset. This Galaxy Avant has come with the Easy Mode, which provides the facility for those users who are using smartphone for the first time and they have not used it before. With the help of this app, they can easily navigate this smartphone.
