The Unofficial Samsung Galaxy J7 and Galaxy J5 Emerged at TENAA

In last month, the tidings regarding upcoming members of Samsung Galaxy J series: J7 and J5 had heated up the cyberspace, wherein details about devices' internal hardware had been revealed. And now, these phones seem all set to team up with sole member of lineup Galaxy J1 shortly because both smartphones have been approved by Chinese Certification Center: TENAA. So, it appears safe to say that new creations of South Korean giant could soon be released in China.

Talking about Samsung Galaxy J7, device is packed with an 1.4GHz octa-core processor, 1.5GB RAM, 16GB ROM (Expandable up to 128GB), 8-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front shooter. Running on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop, upcoming gadget will offer 4G LTE connectivity and it features a 5.5-inch TFT display with a pixel resolution of 720 × 1280p.

However, almost specifications listed on the official website of certification agency are identical to the a prior report of SamMobile, but both the reports contradict each other on some aspects. As per TENAA, it is appended with a Model Number: SM-J7008, while its Model Number had been mentioned as SM-J700 in a previous news. On the other hand, Galaxy J5 (SM-J5008) holds the resemblance with above mentioned mobile due to identical front and rear camera, operating system, RAM and internal memory. Furthermore, Samsung Galaxy J7 and Galaxy J5 measure 152.4 × 79.2 × 7.9 mm and 142 × 73 × 8.5 mm of scales and weigh 170 grams and 149 grams.
