Spice has updated its Stellar series with three new smartphones, which are named as Stellar Mi-503, Mi-507 and Mi-516. These Android KitKat 4.4- based devices have been announced with the price tags of Rs. 6,249, Rs. 6,999 and Rs. 7,999 respectively. However, the handsets are listed on the firm's official website, but we are yet to hear the availability details.
Talking about these new heirs of spice, then they share some identical specs and features. These phones are decked with larger 5-inch FWVGA display and render pixel resolution of 480x854p. On the connectivity front, the handhelds assimilate Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and GPRS/EDGE options. In terms of memory, these are integrated with 4GB built-in storage, which can be enlarged up to 32GB via microSD card.
The inclusion of 8-megapixel rear autofocus cameras with LED flash also make them similar to each other. While, the processors of mobiles are clocked at 1.3GHz, but Mi-503 and Mi-507 have dual-core chipset and Mi-516 confers more powerful quad-core processor.
Taking a glance on the Selfie snapper, then Mi-503 is loaded with 1.3-megapixel camera, whereas Mi-507 is armed with 2-megapixel front sensor and their sibling is housed with 3.2-megapixel webcam. Here, both 503 and 516 feature an IPS LCD display along with 2000mAh battery, but the rest one is packed with 800mAh battery.
In particular, Stellar Mi-507 and Stellar Mi-516 provide 3G option on the connectivity front, whereas the next one is a 2G smartphone. As of now, the Indian marketplace has already relished the zest of Budget-mobile phones, where these three devices of spice will have to face a better competition to be the best buys.
