We all have seen waterproof mobile phones and smartphones in recent times and earlier. Sony Xperia Z and Samsung like companies had shown us such products which were based on ultra high technology of waterproofing namely IP57-certified waterproofing. But limiting only upto water proofing is not Wammy's ruse. Rather they thought of making their product resistant to other water based liquids.
Wickedleak Wammy has introduced "Passion X" smartphone at Rs. 22,500, which is a water based liquid proof smartphone. This phone has an ultra modern technology of making it resistant to all such above mentioned liquids. AquaProtect Technology is the key system which is liable for making such tasks working in real world. This technology has been applied to this phone in the form of layers to the inner and outer wall of the phone.
Behind the technology, the phone is equipped with heavy configuration. It is housing a 5 inch capacitive touch screen mated to full HD 1920x1080 pixels resolution with 443 pixels per inch. This display is combined with OGS (one glass solution).The Octa Core MediaTek (MTK6592) processor is placed for ultra fast tasking with a clock velocity of 1.7 GHz. This processor is coupled with 2 GB Ram which is a good step to capture the ongoing task in the phone and trend in the market. It runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system but company doesn’t provide any hint about the KitKat upgrade for the same. The 16 GB internal storage is expandable upto 64 GB via microSD card. Front is loaded with 5 mega pixel camera while rear carries a 13 mega pixel unit blessed with LED flash and BSI sensor. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, AGPS, 3G, EDGE and GPRS are available as connectivity options. Battery housing holds a 2500 mAh battery for backup.
