Xiaomi Claims To Sell 1 Million Units Of Redmi 4 In India In Last One Month

Xiaomi, the leading Chinese smartphone maker, has claimed that the company has sold more than 1 million units of the recently launched Redmi 4 smartphone in India. The numbers are simply magnificent and morally boosting for the company and have been achieving huge accolades from the smartphone users since it's entry in the Indian market. It must be noted that the company has reached this amazing figure in just one month.

To recall, the Chinese mobile maker company has launched the Indian variant of Xiaomi Redmi 4 on 16th May, at an event in New Delhi. On the specifications front, dual sim Xiaomi Redmi 4 smartphone operates on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. This latest smartphone in India sports full metal body and 2.5D curved glass display along with a Fingerprint scanner that has been placed on the rear side of the smartphone. This Xiaomi mobile will be made available in Matte Black and Elegant Gold color variants. It comes with 5-inch 720p display along with octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor.

In terms of optics, Redmi 4 sports 13-megapixel rear camera along with PDAF, LED Flash and f/2.0 aperture and a 5-megapixel front facing camera with a f/2.2 aperture for the selfie and video lovers. The Redmi 4 supports 4G VoLTE connectivity option along with others like - GPS/ A-GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 3.5mm audio jack Micro-USB with OTG. The handset weighs 150 grams and measures 139.2x 69.6.x8.6mm. The Xiaomi Redmi 4 has been equipped with a huge 4100mAh removable battery for the powering purpose.
