Xiaomi Mi A2 as Mi 6X has been surrounding in the news from past few weeks as rumors and leaks were appearing on the internet frequently. A fresh report has appeared on the internet which suggest that the Chinese company has sent invites to press media for the launch event which is to be scheduled on 25th April pointing towards that the company might unveil rumored Mi 6X particularly in China and announce later globally after the China launch.
The information about the launch of the new Xiaomi Mi 6X or Mi A2 was posted by the company on Weibo. Also, the Xiaomi\'s Senior Vice President Wang Xiang has officially announced on Twitter that the event will be scheduled on 25th April 2018 at Wuhan University, company co-founder, Lei Jun completed his last studies from the same university. However, the Wang Xiang did not disclose the name of the smartphone that the company is going to unveil at the launch event and stated, “Are you excited to find out which device it is?”
To recall, Xiaomi Mi 5X was launched by the company in the previous year in July 2017 in China and renamed with Mi A1 particularly for India. Mi A1 as Mi 5X which to be considered an outstanding smartphone in an affordable price segment. The Mi A1 came with Android One Operating System in India, whereas Mi 5X came with Xiaomi\'s MIUI in China.

Recently, Mi A2 as Mi 6X was spotted on TENNA Chinese Certification website which revealed the rumored specifications of upcoming Xiaomi Mi A2 (Mi6X). As per the listings of TENNA suggest that Mi 6X (Mi A2) will bear a 5.99-inch display with Full View Display. It is likely to come in one storage variant: 4GB of RAM and 64GB internal storage option. It is anticipated that it will be fueled by a 2910 mAh battery and the dimensions of the smartphone are 158.88×75.54×7.3mm. A leak which was appeared on the internet this week suggest that the Mi 6X will be embedded with a MediaTek Helio P60 SoC, an octa-core chipset, clocked at four Cortex A73 cores similar to Snapdragon 835.
The leak reports suggested that Xiaomi Mi A2 as Mi 6X is likely to come with improved camera sensors. It is anticipated that the smartphone is said to feature a dual- rear camera setup which comprises a 20-megapixel primary camera with an aperture of f/2.0 aperture on top and an 8-megapixel secondary camera with an aperture of f/1.8 aperture.
