Xolo One Smartphone With Android KitKat Announced at Rs. 6,599

Xolo has introduced a new Android KitKat smartphone, which is baptized as One. Apparently, the homegrown mobile maker is continually diversifying its offerings, to have a stronghold in the domestic marketplace. After announcing a feature-rich smartphone: Q2100, now the firm has geared up to allure the budget-conscious consumers by its new scion.

However, the device has been cataloged on the company's official website with a price tag of Rs. 6,599, but we are yet to hear any word regarding its availability. Taking about the handset, which bears a 4.5-inch FWVGA IPS display and delivers a pixel resolution of 480x854 pixels as well as pixel density of 218ppi. Though, device is power packed with Android KitKat 4.4.2, but it has been claimed to be upgradable to Android 5.0 Lollipop.

However, the native tech space has recently enjoyed the zest of Android One Smartphones, which can put the Xolo's phone in direct competition. Whereas, Xiaomi Redmi 1S is also a tough rival of One smartphone in budget price category.
