It was already known that ZTE is coming to India to lure people with its elegance and quality. The Chinese tech giant has made its promise and brought Nubia Z9 mini – one of the handsets from Nubia lineup. The handset is going to sale on Amazon India from Tuesday at Rs. 16,999. Amazon is playing as exclusive partner role for the manufacturer.
The handset has everything premium in looks and specs. Even it shares almost identical specs with its elder sibling Nubia Z9 Max which was launched along with it in March 2015. However, it is not as big as Z9 Max in size as its name elaborates. Its 5-inch IPS display offers full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) resolution and comes protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It runs on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop OS which works more efficiently and looks more enduring with Nubia UI 2.8 toppings.
When talking about the performance, this ZTE Nubia Z9 mini uses Qualcomm’s 64bit CPU architecture to make processing fast with Snapdragon 615 octa-core SoC. Complimenting such performance with quality and smooth multitasking, 2GB RAM is there for the purpose.
It bears a 16-megapixel rear snapper which has Sony IMX234 Exmor RS sensor, f/2.0 aperture, and LED Flash for stunning imaging result. An 8-megapixel camera is also there for selfie enthusiasts with Sony IMX179 Exmor R sensor and f/2.4 aperture. Overall, the device is made for shutterbugs and selfie addicts to please them with superb picture quality. Nubia Z9 mini comes equipped with 16GB inbuilt storage which can be expandable upto 128GB using microSD card.
The phone comes with 4G LTE connectivity which is very enticing feature in this handset. Other connectivity features include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/ A-GPS, and Micro-USB with OTG support. Well, we can’t say what devices will be showing their existence later in Indian market from Nubia series.
