Google Offering 1TB Free Storage for Updating Google Maps

The tech giant, Google has recently announced an attractive offer for the users. The giant has updated its Google Maps Local Guide program which allows the user to get 1 TB free storage in return to useful information added to the Google maps. This initiative is made in order to grant more convenient experience to the users while using the mapping and navigation services. Users either need to add a review, upload photos, mark the timings or any tourist spots.  

According to the information, Google has divided the guides in five levels. The guides which have reached level two will get new features from the company. Whereas, ones on level three will receive a badge attached to their name. The ones who have reached at level four will receive the free storage of 1TB in Google Drive. For level five guides, Google has allowed them to attend the companies’ inaugural summit going to be held in 2016.  

Talking about the world of competition, where OneDrive, Dropbox, and many other storage options are available for the customers, it will be a handy offer for them to add the information onto Google Maps and own free 1TB of storage in their drives. Recently, Android has also added the offline navigation and search feature to the drive.

In concern to G drive, the sheets have received a bulk of new features in the last few months. Nearly 400 new fonts, commenting feature, and many more helpful features are supplemented to the drive in the recent past.
