Panasonic, Japanese Electronics Firm has expanded ‘Eluga A series’ by launching two new smartphones in the country on Wednesday. Panasonic Eluga A3 and Panasonic Eluga A3 pro have been launched in India at a price tag of Rs Rs 11,290 and Rs 12,790 respectively.
The smartphones are now available for purchase in all Panasonic Brand shops as well as other mobile retail stores across the country. Both the smartphones will be available in three color variants - Gold, Mocha Gold, and Grey. The only difference in both of the smartphones in their storage capacities and processor. Both A3 and A3 Pro, has been highlighted with 4000mAh batteries, sports a metal design, antenna bands placed at the top and bottom edges of the mobile phone. It comes up with a single rear camera. The fingerprint sensor is placed in the home button in the front side of the mobile phone whereas the Micro-USB port is seen at the bottom edge. The volume and power keys are placed on the right-hand edge whereas 3.5mm audio jack seen on the top edge of the smartphones. Both the smartphones sports 5.2-inch HD display along with a screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and Asahi Dragon Trial Glass Protection.
In terms of specifications, Panasonic Eluga A3 runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and supports dual sim cards. The Eluga A3 is powered by a Quad-core Mediatek MT6737 processor clocked at 1.25 GHz and coupled with 3GB RAM and 16GB Internal Storage whereas the A3 pro is powered by an Octa-core MediTtek MT6753 SoC clocked at 1.3GHz coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB Internal Storage.
In terms of optics, both the smartphones sports a 13-megapixel rear camera along with PDAF and LED flash support and 8- megapixel front facing the camera for selfies as well as video calling. Both the smartphones sports 5.2-inch HD display along with a screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and Asahi Dragon Trial Glass Protection. The smartphones have been equipped with virtual assistant ARBO. From the connectivity options, both of them supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, FM Radio, and Micro USB 2.0. Both A3 and A3 pro, measures and weighs 148 x 72.4 x 9.1 mm and 161 grams respectively.
