Twitter Decides to Stop Vine Video Sharing App

Twitter is now shutting down its Vine Video-sharing application. The company on Tuesday has announced to stop the particular application, for getting 9 percent degradation in its workforce, as it will affect the total cost after beating Wall Street earning expenses.

The company has come to this decision, as the growth rate of the application was getting down furiously. The competition was increasing furiously from past few years and looks like the application couldn’t satisfy the customers completely, by this analysis the company took a step to discontinue the application.

Twitter and Vine combined together stated in a blog that the Vine website will stay live even after shutting down the application, for providing service to download and save videos for regular users.

Vine Video Sharing Application

Vine was introduced by Twitter in January 2013, for sharing 6 second long videos . This following service became popular along with the members of the microblogging site and was called as “Vine stars”.

The application was so much popular that after getting the news of shutting down on Social Media, Vine became the most trending topic on Twitter with over 1.64 million tweets in the US.

"VINE IS A QUARTER OF MY LIFE I'M SO UPSET," wrote Twitter user moon (@hrtbreaker_mp3).

These are some tweets giving farewell to the Video-sharing application. A spokeswoman from Twitter told the information of shutting down the application but didn’t specify the date.
