The Force Company is now at its verge of launching its new SUV luxury car Ford EcoSport on 4th March 2013 at auto expo, though company has not unwrapped yet about its presentation, but there are rumors for its launch, but what we exactly know about this issue is that most of the companies are waiting for union budget which will soon be unveiled by Finance Minister. This budget will decide benefits of auto maker company and fuel pricing policy.
Report says, the price expected for this newfangled will be around 5.5 to 6 lakh which is 1.5 lakh cheaper than its competitors like Renault, Duster etc. It is 80 percent loaded with its original contents and shares its most of the parts with Fiesta. Its imported 1.0 liters EcoBoost engine makes it more powerful and fuel efficient which churns out 120bhp returning a mileage of 20km/lit. Engine provides 1.5 lit, 90bhp diesel and 1.5 lit petrol. Company claims that while driving speed breakers, potholes and burst water pipes will not create problem.
Other features include 550 mm water wading capability which help in smooth driving when car runs on drenched roads. side curtain airbags along with the driver and front passenger airbags, push button start and key-less entry, Traction control, ABS, EBD, 6-speed dual clutch automatic transmission, Hill Launch Assist, 560-liter storage area with rear seats folded, under seat storage at the front, cooled glove box and various others enhances its features and make it extra ordinary from others.
