Reg complaint on 18 the may 2017. Your representative attend the call on same day and told parts need to be replaced and will take 3 days. I heard from ur office that parts reached on 23rd may but until this Im getting false statements from ur techicians to attend and resolve complaint. Bcos of this I cancelled my trip and waiting for ur technician. Really frustrated
