Sharp Corporation is a Japan based multinational corporation, aimed to design and manufacture electronic products. Established in September 1912, the company is named after an invention called Ever-Sharp mechanical pencil from Tokuji Hayakawa, a founder of the company. Sharp, which produces TVs and monitors, is one of the leading manufacturers in the display business across the globe. Altogether, it also manufactures smartphones and its lately launch smartphone is the X1, which was launched in July 2017 for the Japanese market.
