For Jaguar Land Rover Business To Continue as Usual After Brexit

Since it has been official that the Britain will be making an exit from the European Union, Tata Motors-owned JLR (Jaguar Land Rover) said in a statement that the decision of “Brexit” (Britain Exit) will not affect the company and it is “business as usual”.

JLR said that the company will remain committed to all its business operations in Britain and will manage the long-term impact and implications of the decision.

An official from JLR said in its statement, “For Jaguar Land Rover, today is just business as usual. We are a Britain business with the strong manufacturing base in this country, we call Britain home and we remain committed to all of the manufacturing sites and investment decisions.”

“Europe is the key strategic market for our business. We remain absolutely committed to our customers in the EU. there will be a significant negotiating period and we look forward to understanding more that as details emerge”, he further added.

Britain holds almost twenty percent of the JLR’s global sales, and most of its cars are manufactured and exports from here.  The company said that it is looking forward to working with the British government  and automotive sector to ensure that the UK’s automotive industry remains as competitive as ever.

Today, the people of the great Britain have voted for the exit of Britain from the European Union (A group of 28-nations) after 43 years in a referendum. Around 52 percent of Britain’s people favour the Brexit, no matter if it was more or less a split is in its final phase.
