One of the famous luxury cars manufacturers BMW is coming with a new luxury car to make your dream of driving high with its luxurious and comfortable new X5. Company had brought its X4 earlier in Geneva Motor Show and now bringing its new luxury on the land of India which is dated to launch on May 29. The refurbished SUV will be seen on the roads soon with cosmetic and mechanical changes.
The 2014 X5 gets the new 3.0L diesel engine and has 6-cylinder that makes the car more powerful and more energetic from its predecessor and capable of generating around 13BHP more power and 20Nm more torque. Even the new SUV is redesigned with bolder looks.
Interior of the car gets Drive Dynamic Control switch which let driver to fine tune the balance of the car and make the car to easily run on off-roads and on-roads. It is arriving with a new built and features that gives the car more sportiness. Its 360 degree surround view parking assistant gives you the access to park the car with safety and wider view. Instrument panel gets a new four round gauges which gives the car an elegant looks from inside. Some other features include ventilation systems with black panel technology, road sign information etc.
Outside body features LED integrated headlamps, two taillights and wide BMW signature kidney grilles with chrome surrounding. The new X5 is weighed 1.4 KG less than its predecessor and BMW xDrive system is capable of perfectly split the energy between front and rear wheels. The car is crafted with 5 and 7 seats options. Car is available for booking from now at 3.0-litre version of the new BMW X5. It is expected to come with the price tag of around Rs. 70 lakh for five-seater version and Rs. 72-74 lakh for seven-seater version.
