Bajaj Pulsar 150NS Could be Expected in May 2015

The 2015 looks like a stimulating year for the sports motorcycle fanatics, as the Bajaj Auto Ltd. is continuously coming up with a series of Pulsar motorcycles. Till today, three Pulsar models have already made their appearance at the Bajaj's dealership in almost all the cities across the country and the top cherry over the cake is that another younger model is currently on its way, following the likes of the three launched models. As of now, the Pulsar RS 200, AS 200 and AS 150 are the new-comers in the firm's Indian product portfolio. With no more suspense, the arriving one is expected to be the Pulsar 150NS.

It will be making a roaring sound with the help of a single-cylinder motor carrying an engine displacement of 150cc. The liquid-cooled, 4-Valve, Twin-Spark DTS-i engine is tuned to generate a maximum power of 17 PS @ 9500 revs and achieves a peak torque of 13 Nm @ 7500 RPM. The 150cc displaced engine is mated to a 5-speed transmission. Talking about the riding quality, it will be improved by the installation of the mono-shock suspension unit at the rear; featuring alloy wheels with both tubeless tyres. Apart from these, some of the minor updates can be seen over the upcoming naked street-fighter.

Cosmetically, the Bajaj Pulsar 150NS will be completely inspired by the firm's flagship Pulsar 200NS. It will be featuring the very same aggressiveness in its styling carrying split-cum-stepped seat. Supposedly equipped with a new digital instrument cluster, but misses out the projector headlamps. Being a 150cc naked street-fighter, it will be directly rivaling with the existing Yamaha FZS and Suzuki Gixxer, also carrying a competitive price range in between Rs 70,000 to Rs 75,000 (Ex-Showroom).
