Benelli to Launch TNT 25 in December 2015 with an Attractive Price Tag

Benelli is going to launch its upcoming monster, TNT 25, in the Indian two-wheeler market in the upcoming month. The company made its entry in the initial days of this year with the launch of five distinct motorbikes under different segments, namely, Benelli TNT R, Benelli TNT 899, Benelli TNT 600i, Benelli TNT 600 GT. The TNT 25 will be the only single-cylinder motorcycle of Benelli, which will be launched in December, 2015. The motorcycle will be positioned below the TNT 300. The company has already received great response from the India two-wheeler market.

The motorcycle will be brought to the country via CKD route and will be assembled at Maharashtra’s facility. Interestingly, the motorbike will be a complete home ground assembled model, it will be given a price tag under INR 2 Lakhs. The bike renders a 249.2cc, liquid-cooled motor that churns out 24.1 BHP of power at 9000 RPM and 21 Nm of torque at 7000 RPM. It is coupled to a 6-speed gearbox.

At the first glance, the motorcycle looks very identical to its bigger sibling. The motorcycle in built nicely on the Steel Trestle frame and it rides on a front 41mm upside down forks and rear monoshock suspension. The stopping power kept under controlled by a 280mm front disc brake and a 240mm rear disc brake. Furthermore, the Benelli TNT 25 will compete with the rival of the segment- KTM 200. The company is also planning to expand its dealership in the country by the couple of upcoming year.
