Bentley Might Launch a RWD Continental GT3 Soon

The Volkswagen own luxury car brand Bentley is well-known for its performance cars and more over for the Continental series. It was last year when the company launched the Continental GT3R, but most of its fans wanted it to be a rear wheel drive one and this was certainly not the case. However, now some market reports have hinted that the company might launch a RWD Continental GT3 sometime during the next year and the concept has also been finalized which probably will go under the production. The major change apart from the drive system it'll get is weight loss of around 200 KG and of course it'll be a limited edition one with only 30 units to be made available as anticipated by the market.

Talking about the engine of this RWD car, it would be the regular 4.0 Litre Twin-Turbocharged V8 petrol mill producing 572 bhp power for the rear wheels. The reason behind the late launch of RWD version is explained by the company as the requirement of a GT3 car during the racing season last year, although everything has fallen to place since then.

Well, the price would also be substantially higher for this expected to be launched RWD Bentley Continental GT3 and the tag could be somewhere near to 300,000 GBP or INR 2.7 Crore, that too excluding taxes. Now, this is something extraordinary and it should be for such exclusive car.
