BMW-TVS Prototype Reached Germany for Testing Purpose

The Collaboration of BMW-TVS have sprouted anxiety for other two-wheeler makers, as it would be a unique collaboration that will bring something new and unexpected for the Indian aficionados. A single cylinder and 500cc unit displacement is the first project, which comes under the joint-venture of the two brands and had received a Codename as you read earlier, K03. Moreover, the project seems on its final stage and lately, the BMW-TVS have exported 12 units of product to Germany from India for testing and tuning purposes. All the mechanical components will be engineered by BMW, while TVS ensures to manufacture the product with first- class quality at a cost effective price.

Moreover, at present, both the companies do not want to look into a twin cylinder motor, but could be possibility since the powertrain will be further developed over the next two years and could also increase product list by including another segment as a street-fighter, adventure and super sports.

The spied images of the motorcycle indicate that the K03 is a naked motorcycle which carries a single projector headlight, deep padded seat, massive fuel tank and rear mounted tail section. The braking duties will be taken care by front and rear disc brake, whereas, the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) might be offered as standard. The seat seems promising to give an upright sitting position to the rider. Furthermore, the motorcycle will be featured with front telescopic suspension and rear mono-shock absorber. The entry-level motorcycle will use Michelin tyres, which is probably fitted by TVS. Eventually, stay tuned with SAGMart to know more about the collaborated product of the BMW-TVS.
